La nueva ley de arbitraje 60/2003, entre las numerosas aportaciones que otorga al arbitraje, destaca la relativa a la regulación de un régimen privilegiado de los diferentes actos de comunicación que se llevan a cabo en el arbitraje. Régimen supletorio de la autonomía de la voluntad de las partes, que incluye la utilización de los nuevos medios de comunicación electrónicos.

The new law of arbitration 60/2003, between its many numerous contributions to the Arbitration process, stands out the one related to the regulation of a privileged regime of the different acts of communication that are carried out in the arbitration procedure. An additional regulation of the autonomy of the parties’ will, which includes the use of the new means of electronic communication.
