La Jurisdicción Voluntaria en las Cortes Generales. (RI §401180)  

Es el momento de que la Jurisdicción Voluntaria deje de ser una simple área de experimentación para el legislador. Tenemos ahora la oportunidad de modernizar la Justicia en esta materia y de hacerlo con la intención de asegurar su permanencia en el futuro, desde una posición de consenso y progreso y en una decidida esfera técnica del Orden Jurisdiccional.

It is time that Voluntary Jurisdiction ceases to be a mere area of experimentation for the legislator. We now have the oportunity to modernire Justice in this subjet and to do so with the will of assuring its permanence in the future, from a position of consensus and progress and in a decidedly technical sphere of the Jurisdictional Order.
