El presente estudio trata de demostrar la derivación natural de la enfiteusis greco-romana a lo largo de la historia del Derecho Romano a partir de la época feudal manteniéndose hasta el siglo XX con sus mismas características esenciales.
The present research pretends to prove the natural derivation from the “emphyteusis” hellenic-roman along all de history of the Roman Law, trough the feudal age maintaining until the twenty century the sames essentials characteristics.
