Varios pasajes del Digesto nos dan noticia de una decisión senatorial de época adrianea que prohíbe disponer mediante legado de aquellas cosas que están unidas a los edificios. Nuestro estudio se centra en el análisis del fundamento, el alcance y los efectos de dicha prohibición, que se enmarca en el contexto de frenar el creciente deterioro del patrimonio urbanístico que sufría la Roma imperial.

Several passages of the Digest give us news about the Adrianean Age Senatorial Decision that prohibits to dispose through legacy of those things attached to the buildings. Our study focuses on the analysis of the basic, scope and effects of this prohibition, which is framed in the context of halting the increasing deterioration of urban heritage suffered by imperial Rome.
