Constitutional process in Egypt: legal perspectives. - Mariano Daranas Peláez

A lo largo de este artículo el autor sobre las perspectivas jurídicas que tendrán lugar en Egipto tras la ola revolucionaria que tuvo lugar. Para ello se expondrán los antecedentes que dieron lugar a ello y el resultado de dicha revolución, la Constitución interina que se promulgó. Se hará un análisis de los diferentes aspectos recogidos en esta nueva Constitución y de los cambios que conlleva, reflexionando sobre el nuevo modelo de Estado.

Throughout this article the author discusses legal perspectives to be held in Egypt after the revolutionary wave that took place. Accordingly, it will explain the background that led to it and the outcome of the revolution as the interim constitution that was promulgated. It will analyze the different aspects covered in this new Constitution and the changes brought about by reflecting on the new state model.
