La jubilación parcial tras la Ley 40/2007. (RI §406597)  


The partial retirement in the Law 40/2007 - Pilar Palomino Saurina

Hasta ahora la jubilación parcial se consideraba una alternativa más beneficiosa para el trabajador que la jubilación anticipada ya que facilitaba que éste accediera progresivamente al retiro total. Tras la Ley 40/2007, de 4 de diciembre, se han endurecido los requisitos para que el trabajador pueda concertar su jubilación parcial con la empresa al objeto de incentivar la prolongación voluntaria de su vida activa.

Hill now the partial retirement was considering a more beneficial alternative for the worker that the early retirement because it facilitates progressive access to a total retirement. After the Law 40/2007, of December 4, the requirement have hardened so that the worker could coordinate his partial retirement with the company in order to stimulate the voluntary prolongation of his active life.
