Se analizan los diversos aspectos de las medidas a poner en aplicación para prevenir los riesgos laborales de los trabajadores autónomos, lo que implica diferenciar las diversas modalidades de trabajo autónomo que presenta la realidad social española. Se revisan las normas legales vigentes y el proyecto que dotará a los trabajadores autónomos "dependientes" de un estatuto "paralaboral". Particular atención se dedica al sector de la construcción.

The primary purpose of this text is to study the protection that the spanish juridical-labour framework gives to self-employed workers. This legal framework, nowadays in force, is not sufficient to protect those special workers. So, the experts advise a future regulation more protective for them. This article analyses the proposals made by a commission of experts over the matter.
