Comentario de las sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional de 2006 y 2007 sobre la huelga en los servicios esenciales. Se ocupan dichas sentencias de dos cuestiones fundamentales: primera, el juicio de fondo sobre los servicios mínimos dictados en el ámbito del servicio esencial de la radio y la televisión estatales, con motivo de la huelga general de 2002. Segunda, los requisitos que debe reunir la autoridad gubernativa llamada a intervenir en la fijación de servicios mínimos.

Commentary of the judgments of the Spanish Constitutional Court passed on 2006 & 2007 on the strike in the essential services. Those judgments were based on two fundamental questions: Firstly, the bedrock jurisprudence on the minimum services dictated in the public area of the essential service on radio & TV broadcasting, on the occasion of the Spanish general strike of 2002. In the end, the requirements that there must achieve the governmental authority dealing with the establishment of minimum services.
