(RI §400149)

Reflections on the coordination of health care: a step towards the harmonisation of rights - Francisco Javier Hierro Hierro

I. INTRODUCCIÓN.- II. LOS ARTÍCULOS 22.1.A) Y 31 DEL REGLAMENTO (CEE) N.º 1408/71 DEL CONSEJO, DE 14 DE JUNIO, Y SU INTERPRETACIÓN EN LA JURISPRUDENCIA DEL TJCE: DESIGUALDAD EN EL ACCESO A LA ASISTENCIA SANITARIA.- III. LA REFORMULACIÓN DEL DERECHO A LA ASISTENCIA SANITARIA: EL REGLAMENTO (CE) N.º 631/2004 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO, DE 31 DE MARZO.- IV. The coordination of health care provision between the different EC Members and the problems arising therefrom are a matter of vital importance in the protection of EC citizens. This study looks at the evolution of EC regulations in this area driven by the interpretation by the Court of Justice of the European Communities for the purposes of jurisprudence, and analyses the problems arising therefrom, though this study only seeks to influence one specific aspect: changes relating to health care provision in the event of a temporary stay outside the competent EC Member.
